Stress can be effectively managed in many different ways. The best stress management plans usually include a mix of stress relievers that address stress physically and psychologically and help students to develop resilience and coping skills.
BUILDING SELF ESTEEM
A healthy self esteem is an important aspect of one’s personality because it keeps one emotionally healthy and brings the ability to take risks and achieve set goals and targets. For students, it helps in achievement in school, social experiences with those in the immediate surroundings of the self such as parents, peers, teachers, as well as the overall cultural aspects lead to development of self esteem. Negative self esteem can be a cause of self discouragement as well as mistrust towards others and loss of own worthiness. We help students to build their self esteem and feel more confident about what they do and help them to overcome their negative thoughts.

Life skills training also enables them to make a positive contribution by developing the expertise and experience they need to assert their rights and understand their responsibilities, while preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of adult and working life.
In anger management training, the students learn to recognize signs when they’re becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way. Workshop for anger management focuses on learning specific behavioral skills and ways of thinking so you can cope with anger. This helps the students to recognize frustrations early and resolve them in a way that allows them to express their needs — and keeps them calm and in control.
Assertiveness is a skill that can help the students have more control over what is happening in their life, which can then lead to higher self-esteem. Assertive behaviours include: asking for what you want or need. Saying what you are really feeling whether it's positive or negative.
