EFT works by tapping on several points on the body to release blockages. When these blockages are released, the problem feeling can be released and move through the body. The process starts with a beginning statement of what the problem feeling is and includes a complete acceptance and acknowledgement of the problem.

EFT is a very effective way of clearing out feelings, and when an unwanted feeling is gone, the limiting beliefs that the client holds are released. New, more positive beliefs about themselves can emerge. Learning EFT also empowers the client to take charge of handling their emotional state because they can tap on a feeling any time they want to move out a painful feeling.

 EFT is more helpful for children as it helps them to express their emotions easily and make them feel relaxed. There are different techniques through which a child or an adult easily resolve their issues:

-The direct approach helps the client to make oneself aware of the problem and just deal with directly without a setup whether it’s a physical or a psychological problem.

– Tell the story approach – It is understanding the problem deeply with the help of past events and the client tries to narrate the story of the events which has happened and is bothering him.

-The movie technique helps the client to narrate the events in a form of movie through emotions first and it really helps to know the other person’s present feelings and resolve the issues.

Techniques like these helps to work on stress, trauma, physical pain, cravings, if the child has issue in public speaking or initiating a conversation, this tap technique also helps them to overcome it. It helps to manage the emotions and resolve the issues within.
